Whether it's the Original, Mustard or Mango version of Amazing Awaze you can't go wrong. Our Original sauce is an all-purpose that goes great with anything, but pairs especially well with beef, lamb and even eggs or fried rice. The Mustard version of Amazing Awaze brings a bite that goes great with chicken and poultry. Finally, for those who want to experience some tropical sweet with their heat, there's our Mango Amazing Awaze which is great with chicken or fish.

Berbere (berr-buh-rey) is the key ingredient to Amazing Awaze sauces. It is a blend of many different spices not the least of which is red chiles. Cardamom, cumin, coriander, cloves, cinnamon and fenugreek are just some of the ingredients that make up this incredible spice blend. It is the key to Amazing Awaze's smoky, spicy and savory flavor.
